RoofRigor RoofingOS™ — Complete Roofing Business Operating System
Install the operating system your roofing company should have had from day one.
RoofRigor RoofingOS™ is a premium, editable roofing-business operating system for contractors who want the company to run on documented processes instead of memory, scattered texts and constant owner intervention.
This is not a generic SOP bundle and it is not a roofing course. RoofingOS connects leadership, lead management, estimating, production, crews, customers, finance, insurance work, people, software and management reporting into one controlled operating architecture built from real roofing-company operations and generalized for use by other contractors.
Founding Contractor Release
The initial RoofingOS release is planned as a Founding Contractor cohort of up to 25 licensed roofing companies. Founding pricing applies during this release period. Founding purchasers receive the current v1.5 commercial package plus 12 months of minor RoofingOS updates under the applicable licence terms. Feedback from the cohort will be used to improve future v1.x releases; individualized consulting or custom implementation is not included unless separately agreed.
Founding Contractor Edition v1.5
The current commercial core contains 61 buyer-facing RoofingOS assets with no remaining source-only or rebuild dependencies in the buyer package. You receive editable working masters plus print-ready reference documents organized into an eight-folder implementation system.
Run the company from one operating chain
RoofingOS is designed around the complete job lifecycle:
Lead → qualification → inspection → estimate → follow-up → sale → sold-job handoff → production readiness → material ordering → scheduling → crew execution → photo documentation → change control → quality control → billing → job costing → collections → closeout → warranty → management review.

One controlled financial methodology
RoofingOS v1.5 includes a dedicated buyer-facing pricing and job-costing workbook. The full-price method uses direct costs, one overhead-recovery method, job-specific risk/warranty allowances and a target net margin. The included formula-QA sheet tests margin versus markup, target-margin pricing, overhead recovery and completed-job results before the workbook is customized.
Built to be customized — without losing control
You keep the original download as a clean master, create a company working copy, assign one RoofingOS administrator and adapt roles, thresholds, company information and software fields to your operation. Version-control rules help prevent old forms and unofficial workarounds from creeping back into the business.
Software-neutral by design
The core workflows describe the business outcome first. Optional implementation examples can be adapted to platforms such as contractor CRMs, photo-management systems, accounting software, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and automation tools. RoofingOS is meant to survive a software change rather than becoming dependent on one vendor.
30 / 60 / 90-day installation
- Days 1–30 — Control the work: install lead, sales, handoff, production, change, QC and weekly-review controls.
- Days 31–60 — Control cash + people: install job costing, AR/AP, crew, customer/warranty, insurance and people controls.
- Days 61–90 — Scale the system: align software, activate tested automations and dashboards, install communication libraries and complete the manager adoption audit.
Licence options
Individual — 1 primary editable-file user within one legal roofing company.
Team — up to 10 named internal editable-file users within one legal roofing company.
Company — unlimited internal employee use within one legal roofing company.
All tiers are for internal use by one legal roofing company. Resale, sublicensing, redistribution, cross-company sharing and consulting repackaging are not included.

Important implementation boundary
RoofingOS provides business education, operating frameworks and editable implementation tools. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, employment, occupational-safety or regulatory advice. Contract, payment, warranty, employment, subcontractor, insurance, safety and jurisdiction-specific requirements should be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals before use.
